Euro Shaf’s History
Shafiq Ahmed started Euro Shaf Training Services Ltd 25 years ago, by providing fork lift truck training in our forklift training centre in Birmingham.
Over the past two and a half decades, we have built on this core and have developed a range of training services, to meet the needs of our evolving customer base. We have provided training for private individuals, companies and the Public Sector, through college and Job Centre partnerships. We have trained over 10,000 forklift truck operators and our range of health and safety courses is growing rapidly.
We have a track record of success in the fields that we train in and we pride ourselves on being flexible, agile and responsive enough to meet our customer’s needs.
Our most notable achievements in the past have been to achieve ISO 9001, and registration with the Department of Education and Employment, as an approved centre.
Our Services
Fork Lift Truck Training
We train and certify people to operate counterbalance and reach trucks, as well as a range of other forklift trucks, including VNA, Order Picker, Pivot Steer (bendi), PPT, and many more. We also train existing operators to be instructors, so that they can train other people. We are accredited by RTITB. We have four full-time, highly experienced RTITB accredited instructors who can train at our training centre in Smethwick, Birmingham, or at our customer’s premises.
Other Health and Safety Courses
We offer a range of other courses, including manual handling, working at height training, spill kit training, COSHH safety awareness, banksman, and First Aid training (both 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work training and 3 day First Aid at Work training).
